I went to the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in Wassenaar (near The Hague, Netherlands) yesterday to see the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . It is great, will post some pictures this week.
But, when leaving, the plaza in front of the entrance was filled with two groups of cars. To the right some group of Ferraris but on the left some great Lancias, mainly Delta HF Integrales! I really think it is one of the best conversions of a 'normal' family-car to a full-fledged and winning rally car.
As a great admirer of Lancias of the past (where/why did they go so wrong???) I was very pleased of course, thought I'd share it with you all and leave you some pictures.

I've been several times in the old museum when it was in Raamsdonkveer but the new building is way better. Much better light, interior design, location. The only thing I would enjoy more is when the collection would be somewhat more modern: a very big part of it consists of pre-WW2 cars which I don't really care for. Nice to see your pictures from last year, they mounted the top to that Fiat 850 Shellette Spider nowadays:
Still haven't seen that 4C in real-life though, but in general the same problem exists for Alfa as is for Lancia: somewhere in the 90's they've lost my interest (with exception for the 8C/4C of course).

Nice! '88? Were they even officially imported over there (New Zealand, right?)?

She's an 89 but I'd say that was the first registration date and it's an 88, have not done that much digging as it sits in the parents garage unless I'm home from working over in Aus so the k's are only around 115000km. This one is a Jap import as I believe they all are, I dont' think any were ever sold new in NZ. One day I'll get that yellow Evoluzione lol.

Good luck with that yellow Evo. I'll stick to the Evo I Martini:

You can never go wrong with martini ahah, I'd love to do some sort of Alitalia livery even if it isn't period correct but the finish on mine is great as it is, it's got a nice metallic gun metal sheen.

I checked one out for Jalopnik’s Doug Demuro earlier this year. Still awesome cars but this one I could not vouch for.

Love his work. Truly. Too bad he wasn’t willing to invest a decent amount of money on an Integrale. Really. After your S2000 I can imagine your lust for an R33 ;-)
